Sure, we accept al major credit cards and also cash payment.

A 50 USD deposit per bedroom (2 bedroom 100 USD) is required at check-in. Preferably using a credit card to be able to process, also in case of early check-in.

Cash deposit is accepted, but to be returned it requires at least 30 minutes after check-out.

Our reception is open 365 days from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm.

In high season the working hours could be extended from 8 am to 8 pm.

Your room or apartment (unit) is allowed to host up to the maximum number of guests reported.

All people that will have access to the unit must be declared and registered with a valid ID before entering in the unit.

For non paying guests also called visitors, they are allowed only during reception working hours and only if declared before entering in the unit and registered with a valid ID. Not respecting this rule convert visitors to paying guests without any discount for the entire stay and, in case, also need us to call police (in case of invalid ID).

About visitors are allowed respecting following rules:
– all visitors mus be declared in advance to reception within open hours, at least the same day of check-in and registered with a valid ID
– all visitors that stay after reception closing time (7pm in low season and 8pm in high season) week be considered as normal guests and relative fee will be applied
– in any case the total number of guests and visitors cannot exceed the total number allowed for the unit
– parties are not allowed
